Many of the materials we use are consciously sourced and comprise discarded textile and paper alike.
Moreover we hand dyed some of our products (paper flowers, special orders on stationery) as we want to celebrate skilled artisans as well as shed a light on handcra ed beauties. Accordingly, you may at times experience that some of our pieces have flaws. They are purposely visible and part of our wish to higlighting the beauty that lies in imperfections as well as showcasing designs with soul and poetry.
TERMS
www.curatedworks.agency/webshop is an online shop for design products, stationery, publications and accessories under the Curated Works brand and its collaborators.
The web shop is owned, managed and maintained by Curated Works Agency herea er called Curated Works – VAT number DK 27 80 06 53 – Borups Allé 29, 2200 København N, Denmark.
Curated Works reserves the right to change the content of the website and webshop any time without prior notification. If the website contains links to third-party websites, Curated Works provides no guarantee for the content on these third-party sites. The links are made available as a service to the user, and any visits to linked third-party websites are on the user’s own responsibility.
SALES CONDITIONS
A final and binding contract exists between you and Curated Works once your order is confirmed by Curated Works. Curated Works sends you an auto-generated order confirmation via e-mail when the order has been approved and shipped. You receive the final receipt for your order as soon as your parcel has le our premises and payment is accepted.
DELIVERY
All items are shipped in Denmark through GLS secure traceable priority mail. International orders through our multi-carrier shipping provider and its affiliates are also shipped with a secure traceable mail and associated tracking number.
Delivery time is 1-3 working days for items in stock.
If an item is not in stock, you will not be able to put it into your online shopping cart.
We do our absolute best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, and we aim to ship your order within 7 business days following confirmation of your order. Delivery may take longer due to regular customs. Please kindly understand the possible delay and patiently wait some extra time. Before placing your order, you will be informed of the delivery details and fees. A er approving your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Delivery to GLS ParcelShop – DKK 40
Delivery to a business address – DKK 40
Delivery to a home address – DKK 60
PRICES AND PAYMENT
www.curatedworks.agency/webshop accepts the following payment cards:
VISA, VISA Electron, VISA Dankort, Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Diners.
We also offer payment via the Danish app: Mobilepay as well as Paypal.
The Danish sales tax (25% VAT) will be added to all listed item at check out.
You will be asked to choose a delivery option when you finalize your order. Curated Works does not accept liability for changes in the Danish VAT (sales tax) rate or the Danish currency, typos and errors in updating, error in stock numbers and sold-out products. Campaign offers are subject to availability and may be in limited supply.
GIFT CERTIFICATE & PAYING WITH GIFT CERTIFICATION
If you have a gi certificate from www.curatedworks.agency/webshop, please use the following procedure:
Place your order online, as your normally would, paying with your credit/debit card.
Once you have completed your order, please send customer service an e-mail with your gi certificate code.
We will then refund the amount on the gi certificate. If you do not use the full amount on the gi certificate, any remaining credit can be spent at a later time, using the same procedure.
RETURN POLICY
You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason whatsoever within 14 days. This right expires 14 days a er you or a person suggested by you takes physical possession of the item in question.
